It is important when you are on any specialized diet to keep the staples on hand in your pantry. This is especially true when you must eat no wheat. A variety of wheat free products will be helpful in making any meal or snack for yourself or your loved ones who are on a wheat free diet.

First, it’s important to keep in mind the products you may not use. Then, you can find appropriate substitutes. Keep a list of both types of products in a handy place where you can refer to it as needed.
